Mandi Simeone, CEO and Founder of HR 2 PEOPLE, LLC, is a seasoned Global VP of Human Resources with 20+ years of expertise. Leading her team, Mandi focuses on enhancing HR services, organizational alignment, and company culture. With a background encompassing roles like Head of Human Resources and R&D Director, she brings diverse experience. Holding an MBA in Applied Management and certified as a ScrumMaster®, Mandi emphasizes individual Career Services, Coaching, and Leadership Development.

The inception of HR 2 PEOPLE, LLC was rooted in the desire to furnish tailored HR solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, addressing a gap our founder, Mandi Simeone, identified within the industry. Her vision was to establish a company where clients are not treated as mere statistics but as individuals, fostering enduring and trustworthy relationships. Mandi actively contributes to volunteer work, reflecting her commitment to community impact.
