How do you determine the pricing structure for your client services?

We offer our consulting services in three distinct formats:

Project-Based
When establishing project-based consulting services, we take multiple factors into account. These include the number of employees, the quantity of positions, whether it’s a union or non-union environment, the status of HR policies and procedures, and the expected timeframe to complete the project.

Hourly Rate
For tasks that extend beyond the scope of our retainer fee and don’t qualify as full-fledged projects, we offer hourly-rate services. Hourly rates are calculated down to the minute. Notably, our training rate is slightly higher than our standard HR rate, owing to the extra preparatory work required outside of the actual program. The training rate is applied exclusively for the time spent on-site, encompassing setup and teardown before and after the training session.

Retainer
Our retainer option provides clients with access to advice via email, phone, or in-person consultations on various HR topics. This package includes minor research to gather readily available materials related to policies or procedures, among other things. We typically offer our retainer services five days a week, with the flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend consultations for clients with operating hours beyond the traditional workweek.
